Please join us in welcoming Mahirah Baker to her new role as an instructor of biology. Originally from Paterson, NJ, she graduated from William Paterson University with a bachelor’s in biology and received her master’s in pharmacology and toxicology from Michigan State University. She has worked as a part-time instructor at GHC previously teaching anatomy and physiology. She is married and a full-time mother to her children: Donia, 17, Jenna, 15, Waseem, 13, and Yara, 12. Mahirah enjoys traveling, photography, and reading. Give her a warm GHC welcome to her new role!
