Yao’s hometown is in Xiaogan, China, and he comes from his previous position as a Lecturer at Georgia State University-Perimeter College. He holds a B.S. and M.S. from Wuhan University and received his Ph.D. in 2013 from Texas A&M University. An interest of his is fishing. Give Yao a warm GHC welcome!
