ASF Trip Sign-up Deadline Extended

GHC’s annual trip to the Alabama Shakespeare Festival in Montgomery (scheduled for April 13-14) has a few remaining openings, so the sign-up deadline is being extended for a short time.  This trip is for GHC employees, students, and guests and is one of the few times people from all parts of the GHC community get together.

Student Life is handling sign-up, and the trip is co-sponsored by humanities. A $50 deposit holds a place in the trip with the balance of the trip fee due March 20. The fee is $135 per person for those with a double room at the hotel and covers tours bus, hotel with breakfast, professional performances of “Romeo and Juliet” and “Steel Magnolias,” a visit to the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, supper at Golden Corral, lunch catered by Scholtzsky’s Deli, and maybe a chance to ice skate (if you want to).  The ASF Theater building is located in a 250-acre landscaped park, which should be beautiful in April
