The VA Mobile Veterans Center will be visiting each of our campuses September 24 – 27. This is a wonderful opportunity for military students to connect with someone directly at the VA to assist with employment referrals, benefit explanation, disability claims, pension, screening for medical issues, readjustment counseling, family counseling, bereavement counseling, military sexual trauma counseling, and substance abuse assessment.

James Adkins, Veterans Outreach Program Specialist at the Marietta Vet Center will be available to meet with students and military family members:

Monday, September 24 – Paulding Campus  from 10am to 2pm, outside the Bagby Building.

Tuesday, September 25 – Floyd Campus from 10am to 2pm, on the sidewalk area near the Solarium.

Wednesday, September 26 – Cartersville Campus from 10am to 2pm, in front of the Student Center.

Thursday, September 27 – Douglasville Campus from 10am to 2pm, in the front of the building near the main entrance.
