Open enrollment will be held Oct. 29 – Nov. 9, 2018 for active employees and pre-65 retirees and/or spouses. This year, we will have an Active Open Enrollment in which all employees will be required to certify their tobacco status. Employees who do not certify will be defaulted to a tobacco user and pay the tobacco surcharge.
