Live Health Online – Recent Experience

Below reflects a recent experience an employee had with Live Health Online.  The names have been omitted.

“I wanted to share my experience with Live Health Online. Last night about 4 am,  _____ was in a lot of pain and not able to sleep with an earache. At 4 am, your options are limited and I remembered Live Health Online. It took a minute to download, but the registration was quick, we didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor, and the medicine was called into Walgreens very quickly.

I know we have had a few employees use the kiosk here on campus, but I have not really heard much feedback from employees in general about using Live Health Online so I thought that I would share in the event that it comes up in conversation with anyone in HR. It worked well and it is a great resources that we have.”
