Meet at 9:30am on the Berry College campus in Rome GA at the Victory lake parking area located on the right at the start of 3 mile road heading toward mountain campus.
Bring plenty of water and a light snack. Wear trail friendly closed toed shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
We will hike around Victory lake which is about a mile total and a flat easy hike. We will stop at the old picnic shed for a break and will check out the old boat house on our way back to the parking area. For anyone who would like a longer more challenging hike we can loop back around and hike up old high school road to mountain campus and back. This old dirt road comes out near frost chapel and is about 3.25 miles one way.
