Please join us in welcoming Julius Fleschner, Dean of Libraries and College Testing, to our Georgia Highlands College community. His primary location will be the Floyd Campus.

Julius’s hometown is Merrick, New York. He has a Master of Library & Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida. He previously worked as the Director of Library and Information Services at Briar Cliff University

Julius and his wife, Christina, grew up two towns away from each other on Long Island, New York. They have two young children, Louise (2) and Eleanor (1).
