Georgia Highlands College will transition to OneUSG Connect, our new time management, human resources, and payroll system replacing ADP, on Sunday, March 25th. We are here to ensure you are ready so we are providing resources to ease the transition.
Before and after go live there are tasks and important dates you need to know about for you and your employees:
- March 14: Approve final biweekly timecards in ADP/eTIME. Include any projected time worked through Saturday, March 24. Your biweekly workweek is changing from Saturday – Friday to Sunday – Saturday.
- March 14: Submit final monthly timecard in ADP/eTIME. Include any March leave in your timecard before final approval.
- March 17: Employees will no longer be able to make direct deposit or tax withholding updates in ADP. Make any necessary changes by 5 p.m. March 16.
- March 25: OneUSG Connect Go Live!
- March 30: Receive final biweekly/monthly paycheck from ADP/eTIME.
