Last week there was a post about how the week of December 4 will be the First Generation College Celebration week. My student assistant made the post, put my email in the “your email” box, but apparently it didn’t post the way we thought. 

If you were the first in your family to go to college, please reach out to me, Crystal Edenfield, cedenfie@highlands.edu to receive your first generation button to wear that week. 

Each Student Life person will set up a table with student buttons and have a graffiti wall for students to write what it means to them to be the first in their family. We will have snacks for all as well.
