The USO has requested that this information be shared. We recently learned of an e-mail scam targeting USG faculty. The scam involves an invitation to teach at the World Education Conference in Dalian, China.

According to the attached article on the internet, provided to us by the USO, this scam has been taking place for several years. The invitation received by our faulty members was very similar to the language cited in the attached article. The invitation sent to our faculty is attached with the faculty member’s name omitted.
