2016 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements are now Available!

The Shared Services Center (SSC) has received confirmation from ADP this morning that the 2016 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements are available on the ADP Portal. Employees that requested email notification are already receiving those notices. ADP will begin mailing 2016 W-2 statements the week of January 16 to employees who have not selected to Go Paperless.

 

To view a W-2 :

  1. Log in to ADP Portal
  2. On the first tab of the Portal home page, click Employee
  3. On the tab Pay & Taxes, click Pay & Tax Statements
  4. Under Tax Statements, choose 2016
  5. Click Download Statement

 

To print a W-2:

  1. Place your cursor on the W-2 to display the Adobe toolbar
  2. Click the Print icon
