After a long road trip to start the day the Lady Chargers get a 66-46 win in the first game of the Tallahassee College Classic over IMG Academy in Tallahassee, Florida. GHC started the game with a blazing start holding IMG to only two points in the first period, leading 21-2 at the end of the first period. IMG cut the Lady Chargers lead to 11 at the half, 34-23. That was as close as IMG came all night with GHC pulling away for the 20 point win.
GHC was led by sophomore Pam Diokpara with the double-double 21 points, 16 rebounds, KerryWatson had 13 points and 6 assists, and the former Sonoraville High School standout Maria Crider with 14 points.
The Lady Chargers (3-2) get back to action tomorrow taking on host Tallahassee College at 3:00pm.
