Those that handle change well understand that change is inevitable – so they accept it, plan for it, become willing to do it, learn to be proactive about it and then learn to thrive in it and seek to drive it. The key is as simple as seeking the opportunities that come with any change and positioning yourself for success. When we face changes in our workplace or personal life, how we respond to those changes can make all the difference in how successful we are.
