WRGA has teamed up again with Georgia Highlands College/GHTV to present a series of candidate forums featuring the contested races in the Floyd County May 24 primary. You can tune in beginning at noon on Monday to hear the candidates field questions from political science students.

Monday: Floyd County Commission Post 2 candidates Wright Bagby and Randy Baker.
Tuesday: Post 3—incumbent Irwin Bagwell and challenger Allison Waters.
Wednesday: Floyd County Clerk of Court’s position including Bill Gilliland and incumbent Barbara Penson.
Thursday: The candidates for sheriff—incumbent Tim Burkhalter and challenger Rickey Agan.
Friday: Floyd County Board of Education District 3 seat—Jay Shell and David Tucker.
Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. you will hear forums for Floyd County Board of Education District 5—George Bevels and Joyce Mink and Floyd County Board of Education District 2, Melinda Strickland and Keith Hester.
Georgia Highlands College will post the videos on its YouTube channel so you can watch them at any time.
