Diagnose conflict situations and choose the appropriate response to mediate and resolve conflicts resulting in enhanced teamwork and improved morale.

Prerequisite: Essentials of Leadership class. It is recommended participants also take the Managing Conflict Productively – Professionally and Personally class to get the most out of this course.
