In order to enhance, streamline and improve business processes and operations, the Information Technology Services for the University System of Georgia has determined that it is in the best interest of the system to upgrade the current accounting software, PeopleSoft. This upgrade is considered major in nature and will occur between March 24, 2015 and April 4th 2015.

Important Deadlines:

March 8th- Travel Module Down-
The online travel submission portal will be taken offline on March 7th, 2015 at 5:00 pm. Any travel reimbursement requests after this date will need to be submitted via the paper Travel Form to the Accounts Payable office until the PeopleSoft Upgrade is complete on April 4th. Any reimbursements requests received after March 15th will not be reimbursed until after the upgrade is complete.
March 17th- Epro Module Down- The application in PeopleSoft where all authorized users create requests for purchases will be taken down on March 17, 2015. All requisitions will need to be approved by the departmental manager on or before March 16, 2015.
March 24th- All institutional users will be locked out of PeopleSoft and the application will be taken down at 5:00 pm. GHC will not have the ability to run financial reports, process an accounts payable check, approve reimbursements, etc. until approximately April 4th, 2015.
