The NW GA WINDS and the Three Rivers Singers will perform ‘It’s a Grand Old Flag’, a patriotic concert, on Tuesday, May 21, 7:30 pm, at the Rome City Auditorium. The concert is FREE and no ticket is needed. Everyone is invited.
