May Zensdays!

Join us on May 14th for a guided Meditation focused on reducing Anxiety for Mental Health Awareness month. Zensdays are offered at 10am on The Cartersville, Floyd, Marietta, and Paulding sites every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. No experience or special clothing is required to participate.
