Wellness Program News

The Wellness Program Coordinators want to thank all who are participating in our wellness program. We have had an excellent turnout up to this point and want to keep the momentum going as we head into spring and summer. Of course, we encourage all to participate individually in physical activity but also want to encourage you to join in on our classes. Not only are the classes fun and a good time to socialize with other employees, but they’re also a great chance to interact with students who participate.

We currently offer spin class (M&W at 8 am), the Iron Lunch (weight training, Fridays at noon), walking (Tues at 2 pm), zumba (M&W at 5:30), and yoga (T&Th at 8 am). You may also join in on intramural programs and other organized events such as local 5k’s, etc.

Remember, keep track of your activities and turn those in through the wellness website so your points can be calculated and you can qualify for monthly and semester-end prizes.
