Join to help motivate yourself to stay on track with your well-being goals.

  1. Aim for 6,000 steps or more a day for health benefits, including lowering your risk for many chronic conditions. You may record as many steps as you’d like, but to encourage consistency a maximum of 15,000 steps a day will count toward your movement on the trail.
  2. Water is essential for helping your body digest food, absorb and transport nutrients, and maintain temperature. Getting an adequate amount is important to staying hydrated and healthy. Aim for 5 8-ounce glasses of water each day. You may record as much water as you’d like, but to encourage consistency a maximum of 10 8-ounce glasses a day will count toward your movement on the trail.
  3. Brightening someone’s day lifts your spirits, too. Aim to perform 1 act of kindness (random or not) a day. You can record as many as you want, but to encourage consistency, a maximum of 2 acts of kindness a day will count toward your movement on the trail.
