    • The Taking Charge of Fitness Time program provides release for up to 60 minutes combined per week for participation in well-being activities. This can be one 60-minute increment or broken into smaller increments totaling 60 minutes for the week.

    • Looking for a moment of calm in your busy week? Join us next week, on the 26th at 10am!
    • Sit in a chair and enjoy a short, guided meditation; relax and focus on slowing down and being in the moment for a few minutes. No experience, equipment, or special clothing required!
