As you know, we are working to update the college’s strategic plan. To that end, we will be hosting focus groups across GHC to gather your input into the college’s strategic priorities. Our goal is to refocus the strategic priorities on to 2 or 3 key performance indicators each that we can all collectively work towards. You can review our current strategic priorities here.
