If a student asks about their access to D2L courses, please let them know that their courses will be available on the official start date of the course (the first day of the semester). If the course is a 2nd 8-week term course, they will not see the course in D2L until the first day of that semester. Students can find the official start date of each course on their schedule/bill. 
Also, courses should appear in D2L within approximately 24 hours of registration. (Banner and D2L sync 6 times a day but it is safe to say 24 hours.)
