There is a known issue in OneUSG that is returning leave requests as “ineligible” despite employees have enough leave in their leave accruals. The OneUSG support team is actively working to fix this issue, and should have it resolved by November 21, 2024.
Currently, when viewing absence balances in Employee Self Service or Manager Self Service, the ‘As Of’ date is displaying the incorrect date. The absence balances are correct. There is not a workaround at this time.
Additionally, in some cases (for Monthly / Salaried Employees) leave accruals for September are doubled but the leave accruals for October are at zero. The balances remain correct.
Finally, some Monthly / Salaried employees are receiving an ‘Ineligible Forecast’ error message even though the employees are eligible to take leave. Managers will need to validate that the employees are eligible for the leave request prior to approving the Absence Request.
