Accolade to Anthem

This is a reminder that Accolade call center support will end 1/1/2024. If you call the 800# or visit the Accolade website on or after 1/1/2024, you will be redirected with an automated message to contact Anthem Member Services.

As of 1/1, Anthem members will be able to receive assistance by calling 800-424-8950, logging onto the Anthem website, or accessing the tools and resources in the Sydney Health.

Livongo/Diabetes Prevention/Diabetic Supplies

Livongo call center support will end 1/1/2024.  Diabetes Prevention and Diabetic Supplies will still be available as follows:

• Diabetes monitoring and support is available at a cost of $59.95/month as of 1/1/2024.
• Diabetic supplies are available through the CVS pharmacy benefits.
• Diabetes prevention and well-being programming is available through both healthcare plans and USG Well-being
