Specifications grading, or spec grading, communicates high expectations, minimizes adversarial student-instructor grading relationships, and gives you more time to focus on providing individualized, meaningful feedback. Join us for the first 20 minutes to get a brief overview of spec grading and learn how some GHC students have responded to it. Stay for the full hour to dive deeper, and leave with your own customized token policy, grading bundles, and D2L Gradebook formulas.
Working with Neurodiverse Student Populations

The advising department is excited to announce a one-hour training session focused on working with neurodiverse students. This training is designed to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within our advising practices. By participating in this session, advisors will have the opportunity to learn valuable techniques that can significantly enhance the advising experience for neurodiverse students.
