The Director of Procurement and Budgets manages the procurement of over $10 million in purchases annually, ensuring all the activities related to the procurement of goods and services are performed in strict accordance with all Federal, State, Board of Regents, and GHC policies, rules, regulations and sound business practices as well as overseeing the college’s annual budget of approximately $56 million.  The position plans and directs the work of both the Procurement Department and Budget Office in an effort to meet the College’s goals and initiatives.
