Cookie Season is Upon Us!

According to various news sites, it is reported that between 75-80% of News Year’s resolutions fail by February. For some of us, the first real temptation of the year is upon us: Cookie Season. That’s right, it’s the time of the year when friends, coworkers, and maybe even our own children try to tempt us into uncontrolled calorie consumption.

While the easiest thing to do may be to avoid these temptations all together, it can be hard to resist their allure. Plus, the money goes to a good cause so we almost have to support it, right?! I’m not here to be the bad guy, and of course little Susie and her troop deserve the money they earn! However, this doesn’t mean that your New Year’s resolutions have to go completely out the window.
