Rome International Film Festival, opportunities for students & 1/2 off tickets

Colleagues,
This Wednesday kicks off the 16th Annual Rome International Film Festival. The festival runs from Nov. 6th – Nov. 10th.

I hope that you’ll encourage you students to participate. We’ve expanded the educational programming for this year’s festival to run Wednesday through Friday, with events happening throughout the day. Students can get a RIFF Academy Pass for only $20. This provides access to everything at RIFF except the parties and special VIP events.

Because GHC and the GHC family have long supported this event, we’d like to offer you a discount on tickets to films this year. You can use the code GHC2019 to get 50% off any tickets or passes you wish to buy. You can see the full schedule for RIFF here.

I want to make sure to let you know that Mackleen Desravines, English faculty member, will screen her feature film Smoke at 5 p.m. on Saturday.

I hope I’ll see you around RIFF. If you have questions please let me know.
