Georgia Highlands College to host Military Appreciation Night with a free Chargers basketball game March 1

Georgia Highlands College (GHC) is proud to honor veterans and active military personnel with free admission to the GHC Chargers basketball game against South Georgia State College March 1 at the Floyd Campus gym at 4PM.

In addition to free admission for all veterans and active military members, GHC is offering complimentary entry for one immediate family member (spouse or child) with valid military ID. This initiative is part of the college’s ongoing commitment to supporting those who have served our country.

Veterans, active military, and their immediate family members can enjoy one free popcorn at the GHC concession stand. Simply present your military ID to redeem, courtesy of the Student Veterans of America Club.

All attendees, including non-military guests, will receive a free raffle ticket upon entrance. At halftime, GHC Student Veterans of America swag will be given away to lucky winners. No military affiliation is required to win.

This exciting basketball game between the GHC Chargers and South Georgia State College promises to be a thrilling event for the entire family. GHC invites the local community to come together in support of our military heroes while enjoying an afternoon of collegiate basketball action.
