As you know, we are working to update the college’s strategic plan. To that end, AJ and I will be hosting focus groups across GHC to gather your input into the college’s strategic priorities. Our goal is to refocus the strategic priorities on to 2 or 3 key performance indicators each that we can all collectively work towards. You can review our current strategic priorities here.
