In January, USG will be offering a monthly workshop on Leadership called Great Basics to all USG employees.
Great Basics is a virtual workshop series offered to USG institutional employees as a way for employees to enhance development through interactive learning. These workshops cover a variety of topics and, and employees can immediately implement the skills they learn in the workplace.
January 2025 Great Basics | Cultivating a Leadership Mindset
Leadership is not a job title but rather a way of being, and it begins with self-leadership. Whether you hold a formal leadership position or lead informally, this professional development session is for you! Participants will learn how to improve their skills and abilities in self-leadership and adopt a leadership mindset. This session will cover essential practices to enhance communication, confidence, and emotional intelligence, enabling individuals to better handle challenges and motivate themselves and others.
