Effective Jan. 1, we’ll offer one centralized point of contact for all your support needs. Instead of reaching out to either the OneUSG Connect Support team at oneusgsupport@usg.edu or ITS at helpdesk@usg.edu, you can simply contact the USG Service Desk via support@usg.edu.
