Wesley Horne: Assistant Vice Chancellor Ethics & Compliance – Chief Ethics Officer·University System of Georgia
Wesley Horne holds a law degree from UGA Law School and a business degree from the Terry College of Business at UGA. His career includes roles as a Special Agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, where he served as an instructor in interviews, interrogations, firearms, and driving, as well as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division. Currently, he is the Director of Ethics & Compliance for the University System of Georgia.
Dr. Rose Procter: Associate Director Ethics & Compliance·University System of Georgia
Dr. Rose Procter is the Associate Director for Ethics and Compliance at the University System of Georgia and the Executive Director of the TRUIST Center for Ethical Leadership at the University of North Georgia. She oversees leadership programs, including Building Ethical Leaders and the Ethical Culture Indicator, and has moderated panels on ethical issues related to emerging technologies. With over 24 years in higher education, Procter earned her Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership in 2022, and holds degrees in Organizational Social Psychology and Business Administration
Robert Chesnut is a Harvard Law School and University of Virginia graduate with 14 years of experience at the U.S. Justice Department, including a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Northern Virginia. He prosecuted high-profile cases, including espionage involving CIA employees like Aldrich Ames, and received the John Marshall Award and the CIA’s Outstanding Service Medallion. At Airbnb, he expanded the legal team and became Chief Ethics Officer, creating the “Integrity Belongs Here” program. Chesnut is also an advisor to startups and the author of “Intentional Integrity: How Smart Companies Can Lead an Ethical Revolution.” He lives in San Francisco and enjoys basketball and theatre with his children.
