Artist Mary Whyte recently offered a one-on-one painting class for veterans in the in the art studio at our Cartersville Campus.

Description of the event from the Booth Museum website:
Join Artist Mary Whyte for an inspiring and educational day of painting in watercolor. Mary will guide students in color mixing, drawing, and composition to create dynamic works. Class will start with a painting demonstration by Mary, then the students will paint as she offers one-on-one assistance and encouragement.
A private tour of the Booth Museum’s WE THE PEOPLE: Portraits of Veterans in America Exhibition will be led by Mary for the workshop students.
