Securing Sensitive Information Changes Oct. 12 Downtime and Training

As a reminder, considering the growing threat of cyber-fraud targeting sensitive employee data, our OneUSG Connect team is increasing security to help keep your personal information safe.

Effective, Saturday Oct. 12, we’ll be restricting access in how you update personal information. You’ll still be able to view your information in a protected manner via the OneUSG Connect Employee Self Service portal that you normally use. However, with these changes, you won’t be able to update your information unless you’re physically present on campus and using your institution’s network. This includes direct deposit, personal details and W-2 tax information.

If you’re unable to be physically present on your campus, you’ll need to please contact your institution’s Human Resources for assistance. humanresources@highlands.edu

OneUSG Connect is scheduled for maintenance at 11:15 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, until noon, Saturday, Oct. 12, to implement the changes described above. During this time, OneUSG Connect, OneUSG Connect – Benefits and OneUSG Connect – Careers may not be available. Time clocks will be available for use.
