This is a reminder that GHC’s Fall 2024 annual compliance training became available yesterday, October 14th. Due to the volume of emails the program has had to send out, they have been arriving in employees’ inboxes slowly and in batches. You can visit Vector LMS using the hyperlink.

Your username will arrive in the email, but if you still have not received it, an attempt to log in will prompt a hint to the username. If you are still unable to log in, please contact sozment@highlands.edu.

It is mandatory that all employees complete this training by Monday, December 9th. The modules to be completed are:

• USG CSA Training: 18 minutes
• Protecting Youth: 90 minutes
• Building Supportive Communities: Clery Act and Title IX: 60 minutes**

Weekly reminder emails will be sent to ensure compliance. Please note that while you are not required to send completion certificates to HR, all modules must be marked as complete, which includes passing the post-assessment. This training is mandatory for all full-time, part-time, temporary, and student employees.

** The Clery Act and Title IX training contains a survey. This survey is not a requirement. If you wish to skip it, you may click “continue,” without providing any answers.
