Final reminder-Charger Kick-off- Friday, August 25th, 8 a.m.

Remember, the show start promptly at 8:00 a.m. Plan to arrive at least by 7:45 a.m. and grab a seat at the tables in the gym.
Grab your survival bag on arrival and a cup of coffee. Note, no breakfast will be served. Don’t throw out your goodie bag, there is a raffle ticket in there to win prizes.

If you are being honored for your years of service, sit closer to the front to be able to come up and receive your recognition. If you were notified that you were nominated for an employee award, be prepared to win. Someone will be winning.

If the session you wanted is full, you may need to select another session.
If you haven’t picked up your t-shirts on your campus, stop by to pick up. If you forgot to order a t-shirt, we are trying to have extras available on Friday at the event. Wear you t-shirt or a blue GHC t-shirt if you did not get a Charger Kickoff one yet.

On the main stage before breakout will be a guest speaker. After the speaker will be the group picture. Then, breakout sessions until lunch time. We will be serving lunch to ALL employees again this year. Once you grab your lunch plate, head back to the gym where Dr. Hobbs will be giving his State of the College address.

Remember to bid on thee Silent Auction. This year, it will be in the back of the gym this year instead of the Solarium. The auction will end at 11:30 a.m. Be sure to stop by and see the various items you can bid on.
