8:00 a.m. start time.

If the session you wanted to attend is full, you may need to select a different session during that time.

T-shirts can be picked up on each campus. Be sure to wear you Charger Kick-off t-shirt as we will be taking a picture that day. The picture will be taken between 8:45 a.m.-9:00 a.m. before it gets too hot.

Plan to arrive at the Floyd/Rome campus by 7:45 a.m. to check in via QR code. Welcome starts promptly at 8:00 a.m. QR codes will be available on table tents in the gym.

You will receive a goodie bag of snacks and a raffle ticket to win additional prizes throughout the morning. We will not have a breakfast available but will have coffee and water.

All employees will enjoy lunch together. Lunch will be served outside the gym. We will have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free items labeled. Once you get your plate, head into the gym. Get to know another GHC family member that you don’t know and have lunch together.

Awards are back! We will be honoring Teaching Excellence, Impact Award, Department of the Year, Part-time Faculty of the Year, Faculty of the Year and Staff of the year. All winners will receive a recognition award. Faculty of the year, Staff of the Year and Part-Time Faculty of the Year will receive cash awards.

The Silent Auction will be in the back of the gym this year instead of the Solarium. The auction will end at 11:30 a.m. Be sure to stop by. We have great items!

President Mike Hobbs will deliver the State of the College address.
