Good Morning,

Monday, 05/29/2023 is the Memorial Day Holiday. Please note that we are allowed 8 hours holiday pay for 05/29/2023. You have two options to make up the 9 required hours for that day.

1. You will need to either work an extra hour during the week of 05/28-06/03 to make up the required 9 hours.
2. You may record 1 hour of vacation pay on 05/29.

Please work with your supervisor to determine which option is best for you and your department. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Biweekly Employees: Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, time and leave request will need to be entered and approved by 4:00pm, Wednesday, May 24th.
