USG Well-Being is excited to launch Food & You, a new well-being program that highlights the importance that nutrition has on all aspects of wellness.

- Session 1: Food & Your Health | March 7 at 12 p.m.
- Session 2: Food & Your Emotions | March 14 at 12 p.m.
- Session 3: Food & Your Environment | March 21 at 12 p.m.
- Session 4: Food & Your Brain | March 28 at 12 p.m.
Plus, you can earn a total of 3,000 points when you complete the pre- and post-program surveys, attend the 4 webinar sessions and participate in the accompanying challenges.
You must complete all 4 sessions to receive the points. This session will be offered one more time in the fall, but the 3,000 points can only be earned once.
