Remote Work agreement

Email went out yesterday with the Remote work request form.


Staff should complete online Teleworking Request and submit a brief narrative to Telework@highlands.edu that outlines proposed remote work plans that ensures on-campus services are not interrupted. Staff should work with their manager to complete both.

Please submit both by December 12th. Plans and requests will be reviewed, and managers will be notified of feedback no later than December 19th.

(Note: The Teleworking Request form is on the employee Intranet, so you will need to be on campus to complete or by VPN.)

As a reminder, this telework request is for regular, ongoing telework arrangements, and it is not intended for the occasional need to telework approved by managers for things like needing to be home for a repair service or transportation issues, etc. Staff should work with managers on a case-by-case basis concerning temporary or one-time teleworking arrangements.
