Good news! Anthem and Northside have reached an agreement that will keep Northside Hospital, physicians and other outpatient locations in the Anthem network effective July 1, 2022 without disruption to in-network care.
As a reminder, if you were enrolled in the Blue Choice HMO, your Primary Care Physician (PCP) was reassigned in January pending the end of the contact. You may keep your newly assigned PCP or switch back to previous PCP affiliated with Northside Hospital.
