TAP applications for 2022 SUMMER & MAYMESTER are due April 15th.

You should receive a confirmation e-mail in return to confirm receipt of your TAP application. If you have not or do not receive that confirmation, please reach out to Cory McElroy to confirm that your TAP application was received.
Please note:
- Employee ID number is your OneUSG number not your BANNER ID. You can locate your Employee ID number on your paycheck stub.
- Please include your Student Id Number.
- Please include both your signature and your supervisor’s signature.
- TAP is only available to full-time benefits-eligible employees who have successfully completed at least six months of employment in a benefits-eligible position, as of the date of the TAP application deadline for the desired academic semester. The exception is for part-time nursing faculty seeking a graduate degree in nursing.
