From time to time, it is important for all employees to stop and reflect both on what is exemplary and what needs improvement in our workplace. This Organizational Climate Survey is designed to help us do just that. As you consider the questions on this survey, please reflect on all of your experiences – good and bad – so that we can engage in continuous improvement to our working environment.

This survey should take 20-25 minutes to complete. Your participation in the survey is voluntary and all responses are confidential. Open responses will be analyzed and coded for themes and exemplars, but no raw data will be shared. No personally identifiable information will be associated with your response in any reports of these data. You have the right to stop at any point during the survey, for any reason, and without penalty.
