USG Well-being has partnered with Kaiser to offer the WW Program (formerly Weight Watchers) at no cost to employees and eligible spouses enrolled in the Kaiser HMO plan. This offering is being introduced to provide weight loss/management support for Kaiser members similar to the Livongo weight loss/management support offered to employees enrolled in the Anthem Consumer Choice HSA, Comprehensive Care plan, and BlueChoice HMO plans.
To enroll in the program, Kaiser enrolled employees and/or their eligible spouses will register using the USG WW Program link. Please note: Employees must enter their OneUSG Connect employee ID to register for the program. Instructions on how employees can find this number is attached. This information is also included on the WW website.
Kaiser members will receive an email from USG well-being announcing the new program this week.
The Partnership Launch flyer provides more detailed information on WW. For those institutions outside the Kaiser plan offering area, this email is informational only and the Livongo Weight Management program will continue to be offered for employees and their spouses enrolled in one of the Anthem Consumer Choice HSA, Comprehensive Care, and BlueChoice HMO plans.
Similar to the Livongo program credit, Kaiser HMO enrolled employees and spouses will have an opportunity to earn a $50 well-being credit by completing food logs at least 14 times per week for 16 weeks.
