For over a decade, Georgia Highlands College’s Ted Pence has been a friendly face with an unmistakable laugh and sense of humor. Delivering packages to each campus, Ted has made a considerable impact on the lives of GHC employees, students, and community members.

This has not been Ted’s only employment with the college, having been a student worker in several departments in the early 1970’s.

When asked how he plans to spend his retirement, Ted states, “However I want,” with his trademark chuckle and grin. Today marks Ted’s last day with GHC. So if you see him in the halls, be sure to wish him well in a much deserved retirement.
