Open Enrollment is Here!

The University System of Georgia (USG) will hold its annual Benefits Open Enrollment for 2022 from Monday, Oct. 25 – Friday, Nov. 5. During this time, the OneUSG Connect-Benefits website will be available for employees to enroll or make changes for the 2022 plan year. The USG provides benefits-eligible employees with a wide array of benefits, as well as tools to help them make smart choices and save money.

There are changes to the USG healthcare plans.

Information about these changes can be found on the USG Benefits website. The website gives you easy access to the plans and programs USG has to offer. Check it out and be ready to choose benefits that meet your needs in 2022.

Important Dates – Open Enrollment Events

Oct. 25-29    USG Virtual Benefits Fair – You will have the opportunity to explore the 2022 plans and changes. You can also check out virtual “booths” in the Exhibit Hall for benefits information from vendors and visit the virtual auditorium to hear from the experts. *The USG Virtual Benefits Fair sessions will be recorded and posted by end of each day so employees can access the on-demand version if they miss the live version.

Compete your certifications.

If you are enrolled or plan to enroll in a USG healthcare plan, you must re-certify your tobacco user status and working spouse status during the USG Open Enrollment period. (Note: The working spouse surcharge does not apply to retirees.) Once you access the website, select Manage My Benefits to log in, then choose the Open Enrollment tile on the homepage.
