Pursuant to the actions taken during the regular December 2020 meeting, please see attached a notice of intent from the Board of Trustees of the Employees’ Retirement System (ERS) to adopt the following proposed amendments and additions to the Rules and Regulations.

Any data, views, or arguments relative to the proposed rule may be submitted for consideration to the ERS Board of Trustees, and should be made no later than April 1, 2021. Further information for submitting such is contained within.
